Opening Hours & Information

Our opening hours are 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday term time only. You may drop off and pick up your child at your convenience, however, please note that if this is in the middle of a session, you will be charged for the full session stated.

We welcome children eligible for funded hours (please ask if you are unsure of your entitlement). Please note the minimum booking for a funded place is one 3hr session, either morning or afternoon.

Costs for all unfunded hours is £4.50 per hour as shown below.

We ask for a resource charge of £1 for each of the 3-hour sessions attended to contribute towards provision of daily snacks and additional resources. If your child attends all day your charge will be for both the morning and afternoon sessions.

Would you like to be on our committee?

As we are a nonprofit organisation, we are looking for parents and carers who like to organise and plan events. By joining our fundraising committee you will be helping us to raise funds for updating our resources here at the preschool. If you are interested and would like more information please ask one of our staff members or give us a call.

Easter Bunny Trail

Come and join us for a hopping good time on our Easter Bunny Trail. Can you find all the Easter Bunnys that are hiding on route?
Sunday 29th March at Nafferton Village Hall. Doors open at 10am and the last trail will be at 2pm. £3.50 per child including an Easter egg.

Games, crafts and refreshments available. Will you win our Easter Bonnet competition? Get your craft on and come wearing your creative designs. This is a cash only event and you can pay on the door. We can't wait to see you there!

Nafferton Under Fives has been providing quality Early Years care and education in the heart of Nafferton for over 40 years!

We offer a wealth of fun learning opportunities for your child covering the Early Year’s Foundation Stage. We enjoy strong links with the Community and Nafferton Primary School, working closely with Foundation teachers to provide the very best preparation for your child.

If you know a special little someone aged between 2 years and primary school age, we’d love to introduce you to what Nafferton Under Fives has to offer!

Are a high quality pre-school with a strong Ofsted Rating
Follow the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and incorporate phase 1 phonics into our daily sessions
Enjoy strong links with the Community involving special visits out and special visitors into the Setting
Provide 15 hours free childcare per week through Early Years funding for all 3 & 4-year-olds
Provide 15 hours of free childcare per week to 2-year-olds entitled to a funded place
Provide 30 hours of free childcare per week to 3 year olds entitled to a funded place
